We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange — no restocking fee and no awkward questions.
How to return
- Email hello@heycollette.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
- We'll send you a return label and simple instructions.
- Pop the item back in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return arrives back with us, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We'll send the new piece as soon as your return is on its way — just let us know when you request the return.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll cover return postage and sort a replacement or full refund right away. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
