Orders & pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or cancel an order if a product is listed incorrectly or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept major cards and instalment options (Afterpay, ZipPay) through our secure checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Promotions
Automatic promotions (such as “buy 2, get 1 50% off”) apply at checkout as described and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — belongs to Hey Collette and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
